At giftyoursong.co.uk, each song is a unique artistic creation crafted especially for you, based on the personal stories and details you share with us. Because of the custom nature of our work, all purchases are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.

However, we understand that special circumstances can arise, and we aim to be fair and understanding. Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds:

💡 When Refunds May Be Considered:
 

• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed multiple orders for the same song and notify us before we’ve started production.

• Incorrect Charges: If there’s a billing error on your account.

• Technical Failures: If you never received the final product due to a technical issue on our side, and we’re unable to deliver after troubleshooting.
   

🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available:
 

• Once the production of your custom song has started (generally within 1–6 hours of submission).

• If the final product has already been delivered to your email or available online.

• If dissatisfaction is based on artistic preferences after delivery, given that all creative output is subjective and based on the personal information provided.
   

🔁 Modifications Instead of Refunds:

If you’re not fully satisfied with the final result, we may offer one round of small revisions, depending on the plan you purchased. This can include:
 

• Minor lyrical adjustments

• Visual changes to the video (Plan 2 or Plan 3)

• Timing adjustments on slideshow (Plan 3)
